TwinPeaks Online now requires users to maintain passwords of at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character. Please follow instructions below to update passwords.

Host Users

To update Host user passwords, you’ll need to go to Settings (blue gear icon) > System Settings > Multi Users/Passwords. You’ll need the admin username and password to access this section. Once authenticated, click on Edit for the operator whose password needs to be changed. On this page you can change their password.

Admin User

To change the admin user’s password, please log out of MyOnlineBakery.com. Before logging in, use the “Forgot Password” feature to change your password. Please note that you will need access to the email address associated with the admin user account.

Remote Users

Remote users can also use the Forgot Password feature. Host users can also update Remote customer passwords in the customer file.
